Cancel 30 days prior to rental date and we'll refund the deposit; after that, you are responsible for the entire bill if we cannot re-rent the cabin. Of course, we will refund all your money if we re-rent the cabin, no matter when the cancellation occurs. We're not after your money, we just need to get more folks in before we can give you a refund. $10.00 service charge on all cancellations. Winter-Pre-pay in Full-Non-Refundable Policies :: Damaged or Missing Oops! We all have accidents. If anything gets broken or goes missing, we'll charge you the retail value so we can replace the items for our next guests. We appreciate the care you take when visiting us, and have decorated with a number of our personal items. Thanks for treating them as if they were yours. Policies :: CD Players Enjoy the CD players and CDs in the cabins. We provide them for your pleasure. Missing or damaged CDs will be charged to you at retail value. Policies :: Dogs We love dogs and know you love yours. So, dogs are welcome at a charge of $15 per day. Since you are bringing your dog, we know you love it and won't leave it alone in the cabin, won't leave it caged, will keep it leashed and quiet and will be responsible for anything your dog damages.
